i make cake. i really like cake. i mean, i really like foods of all types. i really like cooking and creating. i think that i really like cake because on top of cooking, creating and experimenting there is a whole art to decorating it and making it beautiful. it is an extreme challenge to not only make it taste phenomenal, but to create a real piece of art for all of the senses. i like to use good, random, off-the-wall ingredients and combinations to make a unique and taste-worthy cake creation. you can manifest anything on cake. cake is my current artistic medium of choice, so to speak. i will use this blog to post pictures, recipes whatever is on my mind at the time and just to keep a rolling diary of what is going on in my cake world. please comment, inquire, whatever. thanks for reading!
