Mini-mini-mini


200 individual cheesecakes + a 10" cheesecake for the wedding party (so the b&g had something to slice).
A topping bar was also included, Ghirardelli chocolate ganache, strawberry sauce, apricot sauce and fresh whipped cream. Delish!

Pale Purple Fondant


This is enough cake to feed almost 300 people! It was humongous, weighing in at over 60 lbs! That means 60 lbs of flour, sugar and eggs. Insane. It was also my first fondant cake at this size, and I am quite happy with the way it turned out. Four layers, four flavors - bottom, 16" is vanilla bean cake with clementine marmalade (from my neighbors tree! A seperate project in itself =)) Second from bottom (14") is dark chocolate cake with strawberry filling, third (12") is vanilla bean cake with spicy peanut butter filling and the top (10") is carrot cake with cream cheese filling. YUM!

sweethearts


Here is the cake that I made last week for the JCS dance - feeds 100 people, bottom cake is vanilla-cinnamon with dulce de leche filling. Top cake is vegan chocolate with chocolate fudge frosting. The whole thing is iced with "real" buttercream - hence the buttery hue.
